Residents Forum
The Resident Forum is Mercian’s key resident consultancy group and is made up of a cross-section of Mercian residents who discuss a range of issues around the services Mercian offers.
Any Mercian resident can join the Forum, who meet four times throughout the year on Tuesdays between 10am and 2pm. Travelling and childcare costs are provided.
The Forum has played a significant part in developing and agreeinga variety of projects and initiatives for Mercian, including:
- Process for void properties
- Cleaning and gardening standards
- ASB standards and policy
- Recruitment of staff (managers)
