Mystery Shopping

Mystery Shoppers receive full training and support and will help us to appreciate the services we offer from a customer point of view, giving first hand experience of our front line services. This can be over the telephone, by letter, by eail and in person at our offices. So far our shoppers have tested:

  • Customer Services Department
  • Mercian’s Corporate Image
  • Letter Standards

Our mystery shoppers ensure we always offer a quality, value for money and customer focused service.

And now Mercian has moved into the digital age with the introduction of e-bate!

E-bate is an email group who we contact once a month with key questions or information about Mercian. To join simply email Katy Sara, Community Involvement Officer on ksara@mercian.org.uk.
