Procurement Involvement

Mercian are currently in contract agreements, lead by the Property Services Team for the following elements of the service provided:

  • Gas Maintenance & Servicing
  • Day to Day and Voids Maintenance
  • Electrical Servicing (currently in the process of setting up new contract)
  • Gardening
  • Cleaning

Asset Management Focus Group

The Asset Management Focus Group is made up of resident and leaseholder representatives, along with Mercian staff members. Before most of the above agreements were set up, the Asset Management Focus Group was consulted with to evaluate and score the tendering and interview process of the contractors involved.
