Procurement Involvement
Mercian are currently in 5 five year partnering contracts lead by the Property Services Team for the following elements of the service provided:
- Gas Maintenance & Servicing
- Day to Day and Voids Maintenance
- Electrical Servicing
- Gardening
- Cleaning
Before each partnering agreement was set up a working group was put together to evaluate and score the tendering and interview process of the contractors involved. Resident and leaseholder representatives were part of these working groups along with Mercian staff members by replying to advertisements sent out by Mercian asking people to contact the Property Services Team if they would like to be involved.
