A resident satisfaction telephone survey is carried out on 35% of all completed repairs, so that we can monitor our customers’ responses to the service. Please let a member of the Customer Services Team know if a repair is not completed within the time allowed or if you are not satisfied with the work that has been done or the service provided, your comments and concerns will be taken on board to resolve your issue and to help us look at ways to improve our service.
