What can you do to combat nuisance?
In the first instance, you should attempt to approach the person causing the nuisance. It is important to be calm when talking about the problems you are experiencing.
If the nuisance persists you should then contact your Housing Officer. The officer will need to know the following:
- What type of nuisance is it?
- When does it happen?
- For how long, dates and times, etc.
- Is this the first time it has occurred?
- Who is causing the noise?
You will be advised to keep a diary of incidents detailing the above information. We will provide you with monitoring sheets to complete.
