If your circumstances have changed and you need to move to another property there are various ways of doing this:
- Transfer - If you are a Mercian tenant you may register on a transfer list for another Mercian property (excluding Coventry and Solihull).
- Mutual Exchange - Mutual Exchange is where you find another tenant to swap homes with. It is quite easy to organise and can be an extremely quick way of moving home. You can exchange with a tenant from another housing association or local authority.
To register your home for exchange, please register with House Exchage or Homeswapper. - Ending your tenancy - If you have found alternative accommodation yourself. You will need to provide us with at least 4 weeks notice in writing.
