We operate and man show homes, interview prospective purchasers, instruct solicitors, guide purchasers through to completion and attend handovers and site meetings on our client’s behalf.
We also offer our expertise in Market Appraisals, whereby we carry out an inspection of a proposed new development, giving details of income levels, facilities, target audiences, local amenities and property price guides.
Currently we are working with Walsall New Deal for Communities to market their first customised HomeBuy scheme for people in Blakenall housing renewal area who wish to purchase a new property on the 250 home Bellway development at Blakenall Heath.
