Intermediate rent is an innovative scheme which provides an ideal solution for those wishing to buy a home, but are struggling to get a deposit.
Intermediate rent is charged at 20% lower than what you would expect to pay to a private landlord, which gives residents the opportunity to save money for a deposit, to buy a home in the future. Applicants must meet a minimum household income and have the finanancial means to make a commitment to enter into home ownership within a five year period.
