
Our recruitment process is transparent, simple and fair. We do not accept CV’s which means that by completing our online application, the information we receive from you is purely relevant to the job role.
We have a clear online application function, which will allow you to save and return to an application, so that you do not have to complete it there and then. This function breaks down the application into stages and allows you to work through it at your own time.
If you are shortlisted after submitting your application, you will be contacted via email and invited to an interview at our head office. As part of the interview, you will be required to complete a short exercise that will test your skills and knowledge to do the job. Don’t worry! The exercises we may ask you to complete are relevant to the job role you’ve applied for.
We score our candidates fairly and consistently using a scoring system, which ensures that we appoint the best candidate for the job. Managers receive training in recruiting and Equality & Diversity. Our Human Resources team is involved in all aspects of recruitment so you can rest assure that the process will be fair throughout.
