Mercian actively promotes training among residents as well as staff in order to:
- Develop individuals' skills and abilities, which may have a positive impact upon the community
- Use those skills to improve Mercian's service by understanding and challenging how we work
All courses are free to residents. Childcare and travel costs are paid and transport can be arranged.
