ART Homes Ltd has grown quite rapidly over the last three years due to continued success in existing schemes and new partners utilising our loan products. As of 31st October 2008, ART Homes had completed 1183 loans with a total value of £18,357,056. It is anticipated that the lending levels will continue to grow throughout 2008/2009 with a record number of referrals for loans being received from a growing number of Local Authority schemes.
