ART Homes Ltd (AHL) is a not for profit organisation that delivers affordable finance to low income homeowners for the purpose of repair, maintenance or clearance relocation.
ART Homes works in partnership with Local Authorities and strategic housing organisations to assist them in meeting local housing strategies by providing access to finance for vulnerable homeowners, helping them to achieve decent homes.
ART Homes is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and licensed by the Office of Fair Trading (CCA).

ART Homes Ltd is proud to be a part of the award winning West Midlands Kick Start Partnership.
The West Midlands Kick Start Partnership is an innovative regional partnership that supports Local Authorities to deliver successful loan based housing assistance. Its aim is to increase the impact of limited public funds so that vulnerable and low income homeowners can address poor housing conditions.
It has a number of local authority partners across the West Midlands with many more joining in the future.
