Michelle Hanks - Finance Manager

Michelle joined Art Homes as Finance Manager in September 2008, after working for Mercian Housing Association for 4 years. Michelle is a qualified Management Accountant and has been involved with the financial aspect of Art Homes for over 3 years whilst working for Mercian Housing.
Deborah Casey - Research & Service Development Officer
Deborah joined ART Homes in December 2003 as a Research Officer to assist in the production of a large Housing Corporation funded research project, Delivering Decent Homes in the Private Sector. Following the success of this research, Deborah has continued to be involved with internal and external research with ART Homes, to assist in new product, service and scheme development.
Deborah holds a BSc (Hons) in Public & Social Policy Management, a Post Grad cirtificate in Housing and is currently studying for MA Housing.
Andy Baron - Administrator
Andy joined ART Homes in March 2008. He is a Business Graduate and has varied experience from working in Teacher Training and the Community Sector. Previous to joining ART Homes, Andy was the Project Administrator for Birmingham Community Empowerment Network for 4 years, as a member of the b:cen team he developed an understanding of the importance of community funding as a key factor in Urban Regeneration and as a catalyst for improving neighbourhoods throughout the city. He enjoys working as part of a customer focused team and hopes to bring his experience and skills to the role.
Sean Langford - Administrator

Sean began working for Mercian Housing in August 2005 and moved to work with ART Homes in Summer 2007.
Josh McPherson - Administrator

Josh started with ART Homes in August 2005.
Lynette Johnson - Administrator

Lynette is the newest member of ART Homes, joining in October 2008.
