Mercian Housing Association operates primarily within three West Midlands local authorities, Birmingham, Coventry and Walsall. However we also have stock in numerous other local authorities, all still focused around the West Midlands conurbation and within the central region as defined by the West Midlands Regional Housing strategy as this map shows.
