Mercian Housing Association is an innovative ‘not-for-profit’ organisation providing affordable homes and contributing to the regeneration of communities across the West Midlands. Established in 1964 and now with a strong reputation for quality services and customer focus, the association provides over 3,400 rented and shared ownership homes.
