ART Homes Looks For New Partners
ART Homes Ltd (AHL), an innovative not for profit financial organisation offering specialist home improvement loans to homeowners who cannot get a loan through high street lenders, will be exhibiting at the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Conference & Exhibition 2010 in Harrogate on 22-24th June, looking for new partners to work with.
Since making our first loan in 2003, AHL has provided over £30m in affordable loans to help more than 2,000 households improve their living conditions.
A not for profit organisation, we work in partnership with local authorities and strategic housing organisations to assist them to meet local, regional and national housing strategies. We do this by providing access to affordable finance for vulnerable homeowners, helping them to achieve decent homes.
