Customer Satisfaction Results for ART Homes Ltd
Birmingham based ART Homes Ltd, a not for profit financial organisation who offer specialist home improvement loans to homeowners who cannot get a loan in the conventional way, has achieved pleasing customer satisfaction survey results, which reflects its commitment to providing clients with the best possible service.
ART Homes, part of Mercian Housing Association, distributed the survey to all customers who had a service experience, from the initial phone call, to a visit from a Loan Officer, during the period October 2007 to March 2008.
Feedback from the survey will be used to help ART Homes understand its clients’ perceptions and support its commitment to continuous service improvement.
The overall service was rated ‘excellent’ by 77% and ‘good’ by 21% of respondents, with no one rating the service as poor.
Highlights from the survey include; 96% of customers rating ART’s telephone service as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’, 88% rating the Loan Officer service as ‘excellent’ with a 95% rating for friendliness. 99% rated the information provided to them as ‘clear and easy to understand’.
ART Homes also received some very positive praise from customers, with one stating, “The service we received was very informative and the loan will truly improve our lifestyle and that of our children's - thank you so much”.
This goes to show that appropriate affordable loan products really can make a difference for vulnerable homeowners.
